The UOC is research and innovation

The UOC's research is developed by its faculties, and research and innovation centres. There are numerous research groups, which include staff from the research centres as well as members of the University's faculties. The UOC also has a Doctoral School offering 8 doctoral programmes.

Internet Interdisciplinary Institute (IN3)

An institute that specializes in studying the internet and the effects of the interaction of digital technologies with human activity.

eLearning Innovation Center

The main mission of this body is to help the UOC's learning model evolve in order to guarantee a unique, high-quality, connected and networked learning experience.

eHealth Center

An interdisciplinary academic centre that generates, transfers and exchanges knowledge in eHealth.

Doctoral School

The Doctoral School works closely with the UOC's three research and innovation centres to create a common frame of reference for the various doctoral programmes based on shared quality standards.
